Greame being presented above with his 'Be the Change!' award by UK Level 2 Performance Cycling Instructor Ian Kirk, flying the flag for Performance Cycling in Millom, Cumbria.
Ian tells us why he chose Greame as his winner:
"My award goes to a very special gentleman called Greame, he inspired me not only to attended spinning classes, but to go a step further and become an instructor after research I found our Debbie, a few months later I qualified as a Performance Cycling Level 2 Instructor.
Greame is nearing his 70th birthday yes 70, he attends spinning classes and my Performance Cycling classes 3 a week, he does not take it easy either he works incredibly hard, loves doing the classes too!
Combine this with his character Greame was my immediate candidate for the 'Be The Change!' award as soon as I read about them"
