Lorraine tells us why she chose Amy as a winner:
"Amy has been with me since day one. She has consistently attended my classes for over a year and half. Over time she has improved from a beginner/intermediate cyclist to an advanced rider. Amy comes to every class with a smile and a positive attitude ready to work. I am impressed that she continued cycling during her entire pregnancy. She closely follows my individual instruction on how to modify her workout during her pregnancy and therefore has safely maintained her fitness. She motivated me and all of her fellow riders by conveying the attitude of "if I can do it, you can do it."
